Pär Larshans awarded for his thought leadership

Trust Across America-Trust Around the World (TAA-TAW), annually honour global leaders in organisational trust with their award Top Thought Leaders in Trust. The award programme celebrates professionals who are transforming the way organisations incorporate trust as an intentional business strategy. One of the winners of this year’s award is Pär Larshans at the environmental company Ragn-Sells.

The award honour 88 global professionals from a broad functional base including trust, leadership, culture, compliance and ethics, reputation and risk management, governance, innovation, communications, employee engagement, sales and customer service.

- As in the past, the release of our 2020 winners bring focus to those who are the global champions of trust. They represent the largest global and functionally diverse group to date, says Barbara Kimmel, Founder & CEO at Trust Across America-Trust Around the World.

One of the winners of the award is Pär Larshans at the Ragn-Sells Group. As the Director of Sustainability & Public Affairs, Pär takes an active role in the debate for the transformation into a circular society. Larshans’ way of working is based on the conviction that the most important components of driving development are trust and collaboration abilities, which is also fundamental for creating circular material flows, and a circular economy.

- The transition we see in society from today's linear structure to a circular economy will lead to much more collaboration along the entire value chain. These collaborations need to have their foundation in trust, and I am therefore very proud to be mentioned in this context, says Pär Larshans.
